veruca salt is definitely one of my favorite bands, if not THE favorite. yes, the favorite you never can really name, because you like too many bands. sometimes... they are that for me. i'm also obsessed with web design and websites, so i decided that is was time i pay homage to the band.

in case you were wondering, when i refer to veruca salt, i don't mean the new veruca salt. i mean the original, nina-louise-steve-jim veruca salt. i don't know, there was just something about those four people that did it for me. i understand they had to do their own thing, and i'm not saying that they shouldn't have done that. i just liked veruca salt better before, and i wish i could have had the chance to see them live just once. i mean, i live in a chicago suburb. i should have seen them. they're from right here. damn.

instead, i buy the cds, buy posters and records on ebay, and revel in what i think is the greatest musical sound i've ever heard. and now, i also dedicate a website to them. so to the four original members, thanks for the music.
